how it works…

All of our silhouettes are completely custom. Each one is drawn digitally by hand to be approved by you. I ask that you send your profile view photos of each individual subject when you place your order. If you can't send it at that time, please send your photos within 72 hours of the completed order. If photos are not received in a timely manner, your order will be delayed and is at risk of being canceled.

Place your order.

Step 2

Take a profile view photo of the subject(s) at eye level. The best photos are taken when the subject is looking straight, and the camera is level to the ear, both horizontally and vertically. I highly recommend relaxed facial expressions. Make sure to include hair, as well. Email photos to contact@traditionssilhouetteco.com.

Pro tips-

Take babies photo while they are sleeping.

Toddlers and younger children are great to capture when they are watching TV.

That’s all for now!

Within a few weeks, we will reach out with your proof to be approved. Once approved, we will begin work on your product.

Please keep in mind that delays in the approval process, including excessive revisions, could affect delivery times. We expect that our proofs will exceed your expectations but sometimes photos can be deceiving so please make sure the profile view of your subject in the photo is correctly depicted. This will ensure we get it right the first time! 

Step 4

This is always the hardest part…waiting for your piece to arrive. I tend to work within a 4-6 week turnaround time. If you have any questions during this time, please reach out!
