All single linen matted silhouettes come in portrait orientation. If multiple silhouettes are ordered, the frame will be in landscape orientation. Please note that the 11x14 holds no more than two silhouettes, and the 14x16 holds no more than 3 silhouettes. If you are getting an “unavailable” when trying to order, it is probably due to this.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for order to be delivered.

Returns
Due to the custom nature of all of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we operate with extremely high standards so if your order does not meet your expectations (although we aim to exceed them) please reach out to us. We will do everything in our power to make it right.
